Villa Menorca

Stylish and modern private House with a touristic license in a prominent position on the hills of Mas Alba, with open views on the surroundings and the valley of Sant Pere de Ribes where you can spot the vineyards. Built in 2011 this villa Menorca is part of a complex of several houses, that allows aesthetic consistency in a pretty neighborhood.

The villa is divided into three levels plus the entrance. The entrance is located on the very top floor, street level, where an electric gate gives access to a double carport.  However, a second entrance allows your guest to access directly to the living area which is ideal if you are having a dinner party by the pool area. The living area of villa Menorca has an intimate and cozy atmosphere, where you can imagine yourself living barefoot in total disconnection from a busy life.

The sitting and dining room, gently decorated with a fireplace, are overlooking the pool and continuously connected to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is also open to the living room. The terrace is private and has views. A romantic pergola on the poolside is a very convenient shaded spot, ideal in the hot summer afternoons. On this same floor, we find a bedroom and a toilet.

The rest of the 3 bedrooms are one level up to living. The master bedroom has a lovely terrace with open views, a dressing/office room, and a bathroom. Then we find another 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The laundry room is on the top floor, right by the entrance.

The house has AC hot and cold. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes drive to the motorway to Barcelona and its airport.
